The 1 Star is not for the perfume, but for the whole experience I had. 🥺 (I absolutely loved the perfume)
I ordered a wadi ul muluk silver elixir perfume from sheikh Saeed as a birthday gift to myself on 3rd August. I received my order after a few days and I was so excited and I really liked the perfume when I tested it.
The next morning when I was getting ready for work I took the perfume box out of my cupboard and the lower part of the box just dropped to the floor. And the bottle shattered. 🥺 I couldn't even use it for a single day.
I don't know how to express my feelings.
I don't know if it's frustration, anger or just sadness.
I request you to make sure you make the boxes with a better grip so that this doesn't happen to anyone else. 🥺

My second order arrived today, and this confirms it wasn't a one-time issue. Selling a product that loses its scent in under 30 minutes while advertising it as a premium, long-lasting perfume is completely misleading. The quality is nowhere near what your ads and packaging promise. This feels less like poor quality and more like deceiving customers. Stop spending on flashy marketing and start delivering the product you advertise. Consumers deserve honesty, not false promises.
